All funds are used to establish and support medical clinics for the poor around the world. All officers in the organization are volunteers.

The money from donations will be used to support medical clinics in various ways including:

*the purchase of medications
*immunizations
*medical supplies for medical clinics
*to help provide the salaries for full time nurses and part time doctors to staff the clinics
*to cover expenses related to keeping a clinic open: electricity, office supplies, etc.
